It is your insurance companies obligation to inform you that under the California Code of Regulations, Title 10, Section 2695.8D.2.E. you have the right to select the vehicle repair facility of your choice. They are prohibited by law from requiring that repairs be done at specific automotive body repair dealer. You are entitled to choose any automotive collision repair facility to repair your vehicle. We like to say that we bring your car back to "pre-crash" condition.

To be a certified shop, an independent study was conducted. Two hundred customers were picked at random and were sent a questionnaire. The results were as follows:

Rubio's Exclusive has no ties with any insurance companies. Our customers are our lifeline, not the insurance company. Everyone on our team has been with us for 20 years or longer. We are proud to offer free estimates, and to promote free enterprise and business in the Hermosa Beach area for over 26 years. We have repaired and painted over 12,000 vehicles and according to the Bureau of Automotive Repair, there has been no disciplinary action ever taken on Rubio's Exclusive.
